Bio
Claudia Hoyser is an American country singer-songwriter whose smoky, indie-country tone and unmistakable “fingerprint voice” have fueled one of the most impressive independent rises in today’s Americana landscape. Having already toured the country, Hoyser continues to handle every aspect of her career, amassing over 120 million organic views, multiple singles on the MusicRow Country Breakout Charts, and placements in international films and national campaigns, including Camping World’s “Life’s Better Hitched.” She has built a remarkable foundation long before the release of her sophomore album.
Her upcoming project, Before The Dawn (out January 9, 2026), marks a turning point in her artistry. Leaning into a rawer, more intimate sound, the album explores themes of burnout, healing, wandering spirits, deeper love, and the quiet courage that change demands. “Before The Dawn brings the dark to light,” Hoyser reflects. “It was a lesson in trusting myself musically and personally, fulfilling my need for change.” Produced by Zarni DeVette and co-written largely with her longtime collaborator and fiancé Ryan Hurley, the record blends simplicity and intimacy, with Hurley playing every guitar part to shape a cohesive sonic world around Hoyser’s storytelling. Tracks such as “Girl in Blue,” “Breathing Smoke,” “We Grew Together,” and “Tides Gonna Rise” explore heartbreak, resilience, burnout, and the tender realities of long-term love, revealing pieces of the couple’s eight-year relationship.
Born and raised in Fairport, New York, Hoyser’s musical journey began in her parents’ basement, singing into a karaoke machine she “sang into until it died” and writing songs in journals she shared with her sister. Growing up in a musical family — her father on guitar and drums and her Uncle Jimmy a guitarist, vocalist and coach — she developed a sound described as both nostalgic and modern. Her first major breakthrough came in 2017 while interning at a music studio, when an unmixed demo of “No Matter What It Costs” hit local radio. “Hearing my song on the radio made something click. It made me believe I could really do this,” she recalls.
Hoyser built a loyal following through her viral series “Hoyser Country Monday,” which drew an average of 800,000 viewers per week. A playful hidden moka pot, tucked into different spots in each video, became a fun “find the coffee pot” game for fans — inspiring the launch of her rapidly growing lifestyle empire, Hoyser Country. Hoyser Country Blend Coffee now ships to 22 countries, and her expanding line of coffee-infused whiskey, Hoyser Country Drunken Bean, has helped the brand reach over 400 retail locations. Her background in communications and PR informs her hands-on approach to branding, from design and packaging to marketing and storytelling.
A consummate performer, Hoyser has shared stages with country and Americana heavyweights including Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Clint Black, Brantley Gilbert, Chase Rice, Tyler Farr, Chris Young, Riley Green, Ryan Bingham, Justin Moore, and many others. She has performed at Dodger Stadium, the original Woodstock site, SummerFest, California Rodeo Salinas, The Iridium, Watkins Glen International for NASCAR, and appeared on KTLA Entertainment News. Opening for Miranda Lambert, her longtime musical hero, was a full-circle moment: “Talking backstage about life on the road and family — it was surreal and something I’ll never forget,” she shares.
With plans to hit the road in 2026 to support her upcoming album, a new home in Nashville, and expanded product lines, Hoyser calls this her most honest, energized, and creative chapter yet. “Honest, golden, artistic — that’s how I see this next chapter,” she says. “I just want to do this forever and never look back wishing I tried harder. The dawn is here.”
Before The Dawn arrives January 9, 2026.
